Check-in could definitely use more clear communication!!! It feels quite eerie with no one around after 4 PM and no hospitality late in the day!!! They should consider staggering room placements for guests' comfort!!!

We loved the gorgeous bathroom with live plants and the delicious breakfast that came with a tasty omelette and fresh fruit! The pool and outdoor lounge areas were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was a rough check-in experience, but the beauty of the property made up for it. 🌴

We felt incredibly pampered during our stay. The staff, particularly Edson the manager, made us feel like we were at home away from home. The food from Mario the chef was superb, and every meal was a treat that we looked forward to. The gardens and the whole property were exceptionally beautiful, creating a calming oasis.

The deluxe suite was fabulous with a gorgeous partially outdoor bathroom featuring live plants. Loved the indoor/outdoor shower. Breakfast included fresh fruits, delicious omelettes, and coffee. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The vibe was calm, perfect for relaxation. Also enjoyed the nice little kitten running around.

it was a bit tricky to find the place (the gps kinda misled us! ). but once we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. the pool area was like paradise (so refreshing! loved the delicious cocktails they served too!
